The Taixing R Series Inline Helical Gear Reducer is engineered with a highly standard modular design, enabling flexible combinations, diverse mounting types, and customized structure configurations to meet varied industrial demands. With a rated power range of 0.18–160kw and maximum output torque up to 18000N.m, this compact, high-strength gear reducer delivers low-noise, high-efficiency performance, making it a reliable solution for heavy-duty applications across multiple sectors. Currently, we have 200 PCs in stock for quick delivery.

Supports multiple assembly combinations, foot-mounted or flange-mounted installation, and three input forms (IEC flange, direct motor connection, shaft input) to fit diverse equipment layouts.
Housing made of robust cast iron; gears crafted from 20CrMnTi with precision grinding; shafts processed with 40Cr via carburizing and quenching. These high-quality materials ensure long service life and stable operation in harsh environments.
High transmission efficiency: 96% for 2-stage models (ratio 5–24.8) and 94% for 3-stage models (ratio 27.2–264)
Large radial loading capacity, with axial load capacity up to 5% of radial load
Low noise during operation, ideal for noise-sensitive production lines
