The product adopts a high-rigidity cast iron box with reinforced steel bars, and hard tooth surface gears made of premium alloy steel, which are processed by carburizing, quenching and precision gear grinding. This series achieves over 90% gear unit efficiency, with two-stage or three-stage transmission versions available, and reduced backlash option for the three-stage design. It supports multi-stage gear configuration for ultra-low output speeds, realizing wear-free long-term operation, which greatly reduces energy consumption and long-term operation cost for wastewater treatment projects.
The high-rigidity cast iron housing with reinforced ribs provides excellent vibration and shock resistance, adapting perfectly to the humid, corrosive and fluctuating load environment of wastewater treatment workshops. The precision-processed hard tooth surface gears ensure stable transmission, low temperature rise and long service life, minimizing unplanned downtime and maintenance frequency.
It supports foot-mounted or flange-mounted (B5/B14 flange) installation, with solid or hollow output shaft options. The hollow shaft can be equipped with keyed connection, shrink disk or splined structure, and can be matched with various types of motors, fully adapting to the limited installation space and diverse transmission needs of different wastewater treatment equipment.
