Covering model range F37-F157, this series of modular helical gear reducers integrates high-precision manufacturing, flexible configuration and heavy-duty performance, fully compliant with CE, ISO9001, BV and SGS international standards. All core gears adopt 20CrMnTi alloy steel, with carburizing treatment and precision gear grinding process, delivering reliable and long-lasting performance for continuous production. With power range from 0.18KW to 200KW, maximum output torque up to 18000N.m, and flexible vertical/horizontal installation layouts, this gear unit can be perfectly adapted to various ceramics production equipment and general industrial transmission scenarios.
The fully modular design supports flexible combination of transmission stages, shaft forms (solid mandrel or hollow shaft) and mounting methods, customizable to fit the limited installation space of ceramics processing equipment, and can be matched with continuous variable speed transmission to meet complex speed regulation needs.
After precision gear grinding, the gear accuracy reaches grade 6, with tooth surface hardness of 58-62HRC, which effectively reduces transmission vibration and noise, ensuring stable operation in long-term continuous production of ceramics workshops.
The 2-stage transmission achieves up to 96% transmission efficiency, and the 3-stage transmission reaches 94% efficiency, which greatly reduces energy consumption in long-term operation, and can be combined with 6-pole or 8-pole motors to achieve ultra-low output speed, meeting the needs of ceramics forming and polishing processes.
The standard speed ratio ranges from 3.81 to 273 (with 4-pole motor), and the combined two-stage reducer can achieve a speed ratio of more than 10000, covering the full-process transmission needs of ceramics production from raw material processing to finished product finishing.
