Our K Series Helical Bevel Gearmotor is a heavy-duty industrial transmission product, specially developed for helical bevel gearmotor for mining equipment and other high-load, strong-impact industrial working conditions. Covering model range K37 to K187, this series has obtained CE, SGS and BV certifications, and is designed based on a modular combination system, providing rich motor combinations, installation structures and transmission schemes, with fine transmission ratio classification to fully meet the harsh transmission needs of mining equipment. The product adopts high-strength ductile iron housing, 20CrMnTi alloy steel hard tooth surface gears, processed by carburizing, quenching and 6-grade precision grinding, with high impact resistance, low noise and ultra-long service life, which is a reliable transmission solution for both open-pit and underground mining equipment.
The gear core is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, with carburizing and quenching treatment, reaching surface hardness of HRC58~62, and 6-grade precision grinding processing. The maximum output torque can reach 50000 N.m, with extremely strong overload and impact resistance, which can perfectly adapt to the frequent start-stop and strong impact working conditions of mining equipment.
The transmission efficiency of this series reaches 94%~96% (depending on the transmission stage), with maximum noise ≤68dB and vibration value ≤20µm. The cast iron/ductile iron housing with hardness of HBS190-240 has excellent dustproof and impact resistance, adapting perfectly to the dusty, high-vibration and harsh environment of underground and open-pit mining, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.
We provide 7 standard installation forms, including foot mounting, flange mounting and torque arm mounting, supporting solid or hollow shaft output, and can be matched with shaft input and combined transmission schemes. It can perfectly adapt to the installation space and transmission needs of different mining equipment such as conveyors, crushers and hoists, reducing equipment transformation and installation costs.
